Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currencies unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner/advertiser!
Conditions to the rental rates...
- A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total amount is required at the time of booking.
- A non-refundable balance is due on arival arrival, along with a refundable security deposit of €150.
- Cheques to be made payable to C McGee.
- Check-out by midday Saturday - check-in after 4pm.
- Leave the apartment in the condition you found it. If it is not clean and tidy on your departure, or if you would prefer to have it cleaned, a €50 cleaning fee will be deducted from your security deposit.
